Recently News Services are reporting that, Khagendra Thapa Magar, the verified "mobile - shortest man in the world" passed away from pneumonia complications on January 17, 2020 at just 27 years of age.

"In February 2010, aged 17 years, Khagendra was measured by a team of in Rome who confirmed that he was just 2 ft 1.8 in (65.58 cm) making him the shortest living male teenager in the world.

On the day he turned 18, Khagendra was measured once again, this time at the Fewa City Hospital in Pokhara, Nepal where his height and status as the world's shortest man was confirmed again.
Khagendra lived with his parents in Nepal and liked to spend time in the family’s shop, making music - he played the madal drum - and enjoyed riding on his brother’s motorcycle."
Though listed as "mobile" — it's clear from the video that he suffered from some kind of pain or limitation in his ability to walk.
